Week by week
Seen, heard, and empowered
Rooted in faith, my mission is to walk with you through pregnancy and birth with grace, honesty, and the belief that every woman deserves to be seen, heard, and empowered.
01
FIRST TRIMESTER
Establishing care
Hour-long visits in a calm, unhurried space for education, trust and connection to build with every visit.
02
THROUGH 28 WEEKS
Monthly visits
I monitor mama and baby, review labs, walk through nutrition, and begin preparing your space and heart for birth.
03
28 - 36 WEEKS
Bi-monthly visits
Visits move to every two weeks. First-time families begin the three-part childbirth education series (about two hours each) woven into this season.

36 WEEKS TO BIRTH
Weekly visits
Weekly visits, birth planning, home-birth walkthrough, and on-call presence as your body draws near to labor.
BIRTH DAY

Home birth attendance
Skilled, watchful, quiet presence in the sacred space of your home — supporting the body God designed you with, and welcoming baby earth-side.
POSTPARTUM
06
3 visits
Follow-up in the days and weeks after birth to check on mama, baby, feeding, and healing. First-time families receive two additional early-week visits.
A calm presence
Experience, training and allowed space for you and your baby

When the time came for this delivery, she was so helpful! Not only did she help my midwife in all the areas needed, but she also made sure to check on me, suggest techniques to work through the contractions, and really listen to and respect my desires for labor, etc. She was truly willing to do whatever job needed to be done to support me (even baking the bread I had rising on the counter so it would not be ruined, and then finishing preparing the supper we had planned to feed the midwife and assistant)!

The Lord putting Ms Jessica in our family's life is a forever gift. He put us together to bring our 5th child into the world. Ms Jessica's faith, love, and true self are rare to come by, and my family has had the pleasure of her warmth and help since we were brought together. Her hands do God's work, and my family and I are truly thankful for her.
